Analog Devices and Maxim Integrated announce that their merger has obtained China’s anti-monopoly license

Beijing, China-August 24, 2021-Analog Devices, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADI) and Maxim Integrated Products, Inc. (NASDAQ: MXIM) announced that ADI’s previously announced acquisition of Maxim has won the China National Anti-monopoly license from the State Administration for Market Supervision and Administration.

This transaction has been approved by all necessary regulatory agencies. ADI and Maxim expect that the transaction will be completed on or about August 26, 2021 after meeting other customary closing conditions.
